CAUTION: To avoid possible damage to these
components, do not use abrasive cleaners,
brushes, chemical solvents or strong deter-
gents.
• Use a clean, lint-free cloth.
• Clean with the cloth dampened with a mild soap-and-
water solution.
• Remove soap with a clean, damp rag.
Carpet
CAUTION: Do not apply water directly to car-
pet. Excess water may damage the carpet.
Keep carpet as dry as possible.
• Use a clean, lint-free cloth or clean, soft-fiber brush.
• Clean with the cloth or brush dampened with a mild
soap-and-water solution.
• Remove soap with a clean, damp rag.
• If a stronger cleaning solution is required, use a foam-
type carpet shampoo.
Vinyl and Fabric Upholstery
CAUTION: To avoid possible damage to the
upholstery, do not use chemical solvents or
strong detergents on these components.
• Use a clean, lint-free cloth.
• Clean with the cloth dampened with a mild soap-and-
water solution.
• Remove soap with a clean, damp rag.
• For difficult stains, use a commercial fabric or vinyl
cleaner.
Safety Restraint System — Inspection
The seat belt system, including webbing, buckles, latches,
and mounting hardware, endures heavy use in medium-
duty vehicles—much more than seat belt systems in pas-
senger cars. All users should be aware of the factors con-
tributing to this heavy use and reduced belt life.
