7. Referring to Figure 5-17 and Figure 5-18, determine whether the H-
shape patterns are good or not. The figures includes four patterns
which are OK and four patterns which are NG (No Good).

8. After performing the procedures in Step 7, if no problem was found,
you do not need to continue to the next step. If the head angular
needs to be adjusted, continue to the next step.
9. The rest of the procedure includes the steps to follow when the
output pattern is NG. By this time, the screen has automatically
returned to the Head Angular Adjustment Initial screen (Figure
5-14), where you are to select “Head Angular Adjustment”.

POINT
If you don’t find a perfect H without white lines, please
find the one which satisfies the condition below:
Two white lines are symmetry.
Both right and left lines are the same width.
If all patterns have white lines, the one with the
narrowest lines (line) is the best. See the examples
below. Considering the conditions above, the
Example 5 is the best.
