Adjustments
Handlebars
The han dlebars can b e adjust ed for
rider preferen ce.
1. Locate handlebar bolt s (1) by
removing the upper headlight pod.
2. Loosen the four bolts.
3. Adjust the handlebar to the desired
height. Be sure the handlebars do not
contact the gas tank or any other part of
the machine when turned fully to the left or right.
4. Lightly tigh ten each bo lt equally to prevent uneven gaps in the
block.
5. Torque the handlebar adjuster block bolts to 10-12 ft. lbs. (14-17
Nm).
Improper adjustm ent of the handlebars or incorrect torquing of
the adjuste r block tightening bolts can cause limit ed steering or
loosening of th e handlebars, resulting in loss of control and
possible serious personal injury or death. Follow the adjustment
procedures exactly, or see your Polaris dealer for service.
