With TH-D72A/E it is possible to transmit email by using the Message function.
First, press the [MSG] key to show the Message List on the screen.
Next, press [MENU] to show the Message List Menu on the screen.
And press “NEW” to create a message on the screen.
Enter “EMAIL” in the “TO:” field using [ENC] on the panel or the 10-key numeric keypad.

Next, enter the email address to which you wish to send email. Leave one space blank after the
address and begin entering the message text. Refer to an example below.

Enter the Email text using the encoder, cross key or the 16-key numeric keypad on the panel. When
the message is completely entered, it will be transmitted in an APRS message and an E-mail is
transmitted via the IGate and the APRS server connected to the Internet.
