10. MEMORY CARD OPERATIONS
The following data can be saved to memory
cards:
• Mark/line
• Waypoints/routes
• Track
• Configuration (menu settings)
10.1 Formatting Memory
Cards
Before you can use a memory card it must
be formatted. Note that formatting a used
card erases all saved data.
1. Turn the power off.
2. Insert the memory card you want to
format into the slot.
3. Turn the power on.
4. Press the [MENU] key followed by the
CONFIGURATION and
UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD DATA soft keys.
