Parking the RANGER
WARNING
A rolling vehicle can c ause property damage and serious injur y.
Always apply the parking brake after stopping the engine.
1. Stop the v ehicle o n a level surface.
2. When the engine has stopped, apply the parking brake.
3. Remove the ignition switch key to prevent unauthorized use.
WARNING
Gasoline i s extremely flammable and can be explosive under
certain conditions. When parking inside a garage or other
structure, be sure that the structure is well ventilated and t hat the
vehicle is not close to any source of flame or sparks, including
any appliance with pilot lights.
