Get the query string (e.g. "x=10&y=34") for a specific connection and request.
Parameters:
[in] pConn - control block for the connection.
Returns:
The query string or NULL if none available.

The macro m_conn_isused is defined as:

Check if a control block is in use or not.
Parameters:
[in] pConn - control block for the connection.
Returns:
TRUE if the connection is used; otherwise FALSE.
