• The voice control is canceled if no operation is continued
for a certain period of time.
Tips for voice command
The voice recognition icons are displayed on
the operation buttons on the screen when the
voice control mode is turned on. The icons are
divided into two types: the number icon (such
as ) for the list buttons, and the icon for the
operation buttons. The command name may be
displayed.
Voice Control (DNX9240BT only)
The unit is equipped with Automatic Speech Recognition function which allows you to operate it with your
voice. The supported languages are US English, UK English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, and Spanish. For
information on the recognizable voice commands, refer to <Voice command table> (Separate volume)
• ASR on the Language Setting screen should be set to "Enabled" See <Language Setting> (page 61).

The voice recognition icons will be attached to
the buttons supporting the voice control.

screen.
