5-42 Instruments and Controls
Auto Fan Max Speed
This feature will set the maximum
auto fan speed.
Press MENU when Auto Fan Max
Speed is highlighted. Turn and
press the MENU knob to select Low,
Medium, or High. Press BACK to go
back to the last menu.
Air Conditioning Mode
This allows selection of automatic
start of the air conditioning upon
vehicle start. Selecting On indicates
the air conditioning will be on when
the vehicle is started. Selecting Off
turns the air conditioning off each
time the vehicle is started. Last
Setting will resume the last setting
when the vehicle was shut off.
Press MENU when Air Conditioning
Mode is highlighted. Turn and press
the MENU knob to select Off, On,
or Last Setting. Press BACK to go
back to the last menu.
Pollution Control
When on, this feature will
automatically turn air recirculation
on based on vehicle speed. This
may be beneficial in heavy traffic
congestion.
Press MENU when Pollution Control
is highlighted. Turn and press the
MENU knob to select Off or On.
Press BACK to go back to the
last menu.
Auto Compartment Zone Temp
This feature will choose if the
vehicle uses single zone, dual zone,
or last setting for temperature
settings.
Press MENU when Auto
Compartment Zone Temp is
highlighted. Turn and press the
MENU knob to select Single Zone,
Dual Zone, or Last Setting. Press
BACK to go back to the last menu.
Auto Heated Seats
When on, this feature will turn the
heated seats on when using remote
start on cold days.
Press MENU when Auto Heated
Seats is highlighted. Turn and press
the MENU knob to select Off or On.
Press BACK to go back to the
last menu.
Auto Defog
This will allow you to turn the auto
defog on or off. Only vehicles with
the uplevel dual automatic climate
control system will have this option.
Press MENU when Auto Defog is
highlighted. Turn and press the
MENU knob to select Off or On.
Press BACK to go back to the
last menu.
Auto Rear Defog
If equipped, this will allow you to
turn the auto rear defog on or off.
This feature will automatically turn
on the rear window defogger when it
is cold outside.
