Fuel gauge
The fuel level is indicated by eight segments.
When all segments are showing, the fuel tank
is full.
CAUTION:
ECM00860
The Yamaha fuel tank sensor differs from
conventional sensors. Incorrectly setting
the selector switch on the gauge will give
false readings. Consult your Yamaha deal-
er on how to correctly set the selector
switch.
NOTE:
The fuel level reading can be affected by the
position of the sensor in the fuel tank and the
attitude of the boat in the water. Operation
with bow-up trim or continuous turning can
give false readings.
