0: DEFAULT mode.
1: AUTO
2: HOLD
3: SHUT
4: PURGE
5: VARIABLE (or "manual")

X0041 = Digital control
X0081 = Analog Control
The MFC Configuration word stores user settings that establish the features and behavior of the
flow controller, and is set by network command "V 2". It is user-writeable and nonvolatile.
