2 If you want to select a different FM channel preset, Press and hold
Select again. Repeat until the desired FM channel preset is selected.
Automatic Power
The Automatic Power feature turns the XMp3i™ Radio on when power to the
PowerConnect™ Vehicle Dock is detected. This feature works with vehicles whose
cigarette lighter or power socket is turned on or off when the vehicle is turned on
or off.
NOTE! This feature does not work with a vehicle cigarette lighter or power socket
which is always powered on, even when the vehicle is turned off. Refer to “Power
Off” on page 51 for more information if your vehicle’s cigarette lighter or power
socket are always powered on.
To turn Automatic Power On or Off
1 Press menu.
2 Turn the Control Wheel to highlight Settings and press Select.
3 Turn the Control Wheel to highlight Vehicle Settings and press Select.
4 Turn the Control Wheel to highlight Automatic Power and press Select.
5 Each press of Select will toggle between Off and On.
