ISO-fix mounting for child seat
“ISO-fix” is an international standard for child
safety seat mounting. ISO-fix brackets are now
fitted as standard on the rear floor of the 9-5,
between the seat and the backrest (seat back).
The child seat bracket is intended to provide a
simple and safe child seat installation, and good
protection to children inside the car in case of a
collision. It also offers a comfortable ride for the
children.
The child safety equipment fulfils the demands of
different countries and markets.
ISO-fix cannot be used together with integrated
child seats. The backrest with mounted child seat
is slightly longer and does not allow access to the
ISO-fix hooks.
Note
Customers must purchase an ISO-fix compatible
child seat in order for this feature to function
properly.
