Remove the SmartKey from the starter
switch.

Press tow-away alarm switch :.
Indicator lamp ; comes on briefly.

Exit and lock the vehicle.
The tow-away alarm remains disabled until
you lock the vehicle again.
Canceling the alarm
To cancel the alarm, do one of the following:

Insert the SmartKey into the starter switch.
X
Press button % or & on the
SmartKey.
In vehicles with KEYLESS-GO:
X
Grasp an outside door handle.
The SmartKey must be within 3 ft (1 m) of
the vehicle.
X
Press the KEYLESS-GO start/stop button.
The SmartKey must be inside the vehicle.
