Recharging the Battery
The battery that comes with your system is
rechargeable. It takes approximately 1.5 hours
to charge a completely discharged battery
when the computer is off or when it is in
Suspend mode. If you use the system while the
battery is recharging it can take up to 3 hours.
If you find that over time the battery is losing
its charge faster, the battery life may be
reaching its end. Try letting it discharge
completely; then recharge it. You can also use
the optional external battery charger to
recondition the battery.
Replacing the Battery
If you have additional batteries, keep them
fully charged so you can replace your battery
when it runs low. This is especially useful
when you’re traveling.
CAUTION
Use only the NiMH battery pock designedfor the
ActionNote 890 series computers.
