6. Press SEL so the whole name flashes.

Database
Update
The SL50/60 can have its waypoint database
updated to allow you to keep your information
current. Connect your SL50/60 to the serial port of
a PC with the appropriate cable. Use Garmin AT’s
Waypoint Manager software to perform the update.
1. In the Waypoint Database, turn the Large knob
to the Database Update page. Press ENT to start
the updating. No controls may be used until the
update is complete.
