Air conditioning control
(if equipped)
Press the control to turn on or off.
The control light in the switch
indicates operation.
This mode can be used for air
conditioning. It will only function if
the temperature is about 4°C
(40°F) or higher.
For maximum A/C performance,
press both A/C and recirculated air
controls.
Recirculated
air control
Press the control to toggle between
outside air and recirculated air. The
control light illuminates when the
recirculated air function is
activated.
This mode should be used to
reduce undesirable odors from
entering the vehicle or to achieve
maximum A/C performance.
Operating Tips
• In humid weather, select ā
(Defrost) before driving. This will
help to reduce fogging on your
windshield. After a few minutes,
select any desired position.
• Do not put objects under the
front seat that will interfere with
airflow to the back seats.
• Do not use recirculated air when
defogging windows.
