Activating the EXT-1 Output:
Press and release the EXT1/VALET button.
“ENGIN STARTER” or the appropriate label,
will be scrolled 3 times on the display of the
remote control transmitter.
Notes:
• The EXT output can be accessed with the
ignition on or off.
• Certain applications may require optional
modules or 8329 relays.
• The system can be programmed to defeat
the ignition and impact sensors for 20
minutes when the EXT-1 output is
activated. This feature is designed for
easy interfacing of an engine start
module. Consult your Alpine dealer for
more information.
• The contents set under page 60 will
appear.
The initial value is "ACTIVATED".
