Ending a Workout
CAUTION: Hold on to a handrail when you near the end of your
exercise session.
1. To view your workout summary, maintain your stride rate above 56
strides per minute when you complete the cool-down period.
The workout summary appears and shows your cumulative
workout statistics including warm-up and cool-down periods. You
can review your workout statistics as long as you continue to move
the foot plates to maintain power.
2. End your workout by pressing the RESET key and return to the
Precor banner.
3. Stop moving the foot plates.
4. Hold on to a handrail as you step off the AMT.
Note: If the optional power adapter is attached, you do not have to
continue moving the foot plates to view your workout statistics. When
you complete the cool-down period, the workout summary appears.
When you are ready, press RESET to return to the Precor banner.
If you hold onto the touch-sensitive handlebar grips or wear a chest
strap while exercising, a heart rate analysis appears during the
workout summary. Refer to Heart Rate Analysis.
