LIMITED WARRANTY
Polaris Industries Inc., 2100 Highway 55, Medina, MN 55340, gives aTWO YEAR LIM-
ITEDWARRANTYon allcomponentsofthePolarisQuadricycleagainstdefectsinmateri-
al or workmanship. This warranty covers the parts and labor charges for repair or
replacement of defective partswhich are covered by t his warranty. This w arranty begins on
thedateofpurchase. Thiswarrantyistransferrabletoanotherconsumerduringthewarranty
period through a Polaris dealer.
REGISTRATION
At thetime ofsale, the Warranty Registration Form must becompleted by your dealerand
submitted to Polaris within ten days. Upon receipt of this registration, Polaris will record
the registration for warranty. THE PURCHASER MUST COMPLETE A QUADRI-
CYCLE SAFETY TRAINING COURSE PROVIDED BY T HE DEALER IN ORDER
TOHAVEVALID WARRANTY ONTHE QUADRICYCLE. Noverification ofregistra-
tion will be sent to the purchaser as the copy of the Warranty Registration Form will be the
warranty entitlement. Ifyou havenot signedthe originalregistration andreceived the“cus-
tomer copy”, please contact your dealer immediately. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE
WILLBE ALLOWEDUNLESS YOURQUADRICYCLE ISREGISTEREDWITHPO-
LARIS.
Initial dealer preparation and set-up of your vehicle is very important in ensuring trouble-
freeoperation. Purchasing a machinein the crate orwithout properdealer set-up will void
your warranty coverage.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES
ThePolarislimitedwarrantyexcludesanyfailuresthatarenot causedby adefectinmaterial
or workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear,
abuse or improper handling. This warranty also does not cover any Quadricycle that has
been altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, used for racing, or
usedforpurposesotherthanforwhichitwasmanufactured,orforanydamageswhichoccur
during trailer transit or as a result of unauthorized service orthe use of unauthorized parts.
In addition, this warranty does not cover physical damage to paint or finish, stress cracks,
tearing or puncturing of upholstery material, corrosion, or defects in parts, components or
the vehicle due to fire, explosions or any other cause beyond Polaris’ control.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcovertheuseofunauthorized lubricants,chemicals,orfuelsthatare
notcompatiblewith theQuadricycle.Theexclusiveremedy f orbreachofthiswarrantyshall
be, atPolaris’exclusive option, repairor replacement ofany defective materials,or c ompo-
nents or products. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY ARE THE
ONLY REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR BREACH OF THIS WAR-
RANTY.POLARISSHALLHAVENOLIABILITYTOANYPERSON FORINCIDEN-
TAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY DESCRIPTION,
WHETHERARISINGOUTOFEXPRESS ORIMPLIEDWARRANTYOR ANYOTH-
ER CONTRACT,NEGLIGENCE,OR OTHERTORT OROTHERWISE.Somestatesdo
not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied
warranties,so theabovelimitationsor exclusionsmaynot applyto youifinconsistentwith
controlling state law .
