Tires
Wheel Removal/Installation
1. Position the vehicle on a level
surface.
2. Place the transmission in PARK.
3. Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.
4. Place a suitable stand under the
footrest frame to raise the wheel
slightly off the ground.
5. Remove the wheel nuts.
6. Remove the wheel.
7. Place the wheel on the
hub.
8. Install the wheel nuts
finger tight.
9. Lower the vehicle to
the ground.
10. Torque the wheel nuts
to specification. See
page 76.
WARNING
Operating with improperly installed wheels will affect vehicle handling and
could cause an accident resulting in serious injury or death. Always use
original equipment size and type when replacing tires. Install wheels properly.
