Sunroof (Option)
There are two control switches to operate the sunroof -- one
to open/close or express
-open the sunroof and the other
for vent open/close. The control switches work only when
the ignition is on or when the ignition is off and the Retained
Accessory Power (RAP) is active.
Press and hold the ROOF
switch rearward to the
first position to open the
glass panel and sunshade.
The sunshade can also be
opened or closed by hand.
To close the glass panel,
press and hold the ROOF
switch forward.
Press and release the ROOF switch rearward to the
second position to express
-open the glass panel to the
comfort stop position. The comfort stop is designed to
help reduce noise and make the rear passengers more
comfortable. The glass panel may then be fully opened
by pressing the roof switch again. If you want to stop
the glass panel in a partially
-open position, press either
the ROOF or VENT switch in any direction.
If you press and hold the ROOF switch in the
express
-open position for more than one second, the
express open will be overridden and the sunroof will
stop when the switch is released.
To vent the sunroof, press
and hold the upper part
of the VENT switch.
The sunshade must be
opened by hand. To close,
press and hold the lower
part of the VENT switch.
