When you are listening to music or an audio book, quickly press the Power button
twice to jump from any page back to the player page. Touch Back to return to the
previous page you were viewing (such as the map).
NOTE: The nüvi plays MP3 les only. It does not support M4A/M4P les.
Using a Playlist
This feature involves managing les on your nüvi. See pages 34–37 for detailed
information.
1. Using your computer and a playlist program, create a playlist of MP3 les.
Place the les in the order in which you want them to play.
2. Save the playlist using the M3U playlist format. The playlist must be in the
same le location as the MP3 les.
3. Connect the nüvi to your computer using the USB cable.
4. Open the “nuvi” drive or the “nuvi SD” drive on your computer.
5. Transfer the playlist and the associated MP3 les anywhere on the selected
drive.
6. Disconnect the nüvi from your computer.
7. On the nüvi, touch
Travel Kit > MP3 Player > Browse.
8. Touch
Import Playlist. All available playlists appear.
9. Touch a playlist. The les play from the beginning.
