Main Menu
Pressing the unit or remote MENU key accesses the Main menu options (Route, Options, Info, and
Display) which appear from any page. Pressing MENU twice displays the Info menu items (GPS Info, Map
Info, and System Info). From the Main Menu window, you may select the following:
Route - Displays Route menu options (see page 27).
Options - Display various system setup options.
Info - Displays the GPS Info, Map Info, and System Info options (see page 42).
Display - Shows options to adjust brightness, contrast, auto brightness, and screen calibration (see page 3).
Options - System Setup Pages
This group of pages is used to perform various System Setup functions. Each selectable page is denoted
by a ‘fi le tab’ at the top that identifi es the function of that page.
To select a System Setup option:
1. With the System Setup on the screen, select the fi le tab for the desired function. The associated informa-
tion and options are automatically displayed when the fi le tab is selected.
2. Once the desired fi le tab has been selected, select the desired option to view or modify.
3. Select an item to change to a different option. In most cases, a list of available options is shown.
4. Select the desired choice and accept the change.
5. Highlight the fi le tab area and select another fi le tab, if desired.
At some point in time, you may desire to restore the default settings for each tab on the Options menu
of the StreetPilot 2610/2650 . This can be done by selecting the option called ‘Reset Settings’.
To restore the original settings:
1. With the desired tab highlighted, press the unit or remote MENU key and choose ‘Reset Settings’.
2. If desired, repeat steps 1 for other fi le tabs.
