Bumper cover (certain models)
A bumper cover is located in the concealed storage bin. This cover can be folded out when loading/
unloading the cargo compartment to protect your clothing and to help protect the bumper from scratches.
The bumper cover can also be used to protect the floor of the storage bin from muddy shoes, etc. if the
optional auxiliary child seat is being used.
The bumper cover is attached by a velcro strip and can easily be removed for cleaning.
To avoid battery drain
The courtesy lights and the warning lights in the rear of the doors come on when a door is opened.
• To avoid battery drain when the doors are opened for prolonged periods, these lights can be switched
off by pressing the lock mechanism (A) located in the rear facing side of the driver's door.
• To return the lights to their normal function, pull the door handle out before closing the door (B) and
use a small screwdriver to push the lock mechanism back to its original position.
