any failure or defect Caused by any third party product that
is not originally shipped with its products, whether author-
ized or not. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal
wear and tear or physical damage to the surface of the
product or if the product is opened or repaired by someone
not authorized by Caliber and does not cover repair or
replacement of any product or part thereof damaged by:
misuse, moisture, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat and
accident, abuse, non-compliance with the instructions sup-
plied with the product, neglect or misapplication. This war-
ranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with
the product instructions, or if it is damaged as a result of
improper installation, misuses, unauthorized repair, modifi-
cations, or accident.
To obtain warranty service contact Caliber via e-mail at sup-
port@sphereteq.com or call 949.480.1128. In order to
return the product for service, Caliber must assign a RMA
number to you.
Caliber's 1 Year Limited Warranty
You may only use the Software and the Hardware ("prod-
uct") after having read the instructions supplied with it before
you use it. If you have any difficulty using the product, consult
the instructions to check you are using it correctly. The use of
the product in a navigation system means that calculation
errors can occur, for instance caused by local environmental
conditions and/or incomplete data.
Caliber cannot warrant that the product and/or GPS service
operates error-free.
Caliber warrants that this product will be free from material
defects in design and manufacture and will conform to the
published specifications under normal use for one (1) year
from your date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
This warranty is provided to the original end-user purchasing
from an authorized Caliber reseller, and is not transferable.
