In rare cases, if the system stops moving completely and
you cannot activate any of the buttons, it could be a
touchpad calibration issue.
1. Tap the 'System setup' icon on the MENU window.
2. Tap the 'Touch Calibration' icon. On the following
INFORMATION window, select 'YES' icon.

If you push and hold the cross mark, it will calibrate
the optimal state with having the pushed value.
After finished to push the cross mark, tap the screen
to register saved data. Then, Calibration will finish.
Check the device after resetting the Touch
Calibration.
If your device still doesn't perform properly, please
contact the Technical Support.
