General Maintenance
Tool Kit
A tool kit is included with each
machine for emergency and
routine maintenance. Your tool kit
will contain only the tools
applicable to your model.
1. Emergency Start S trap
(manual start models)
2. Phillips S crewdriver
3. Tubular Socket
4. Tubular Socket Handle
5. Wrench
6. Flat Screwdriver
7. Box End Wrench
Always keep the tool ki t with the snowmobile.
If necessary, a replacement tool kit may be purchased from your Polaris
dealer.
Chain Ten sion
Maintain the proper chain tension as outlined on page 101.
Oil Level
Maintain the oil level between the safe marks as indicated on the oil
bottle (see page 66).
