ADJUSTMENTS
Toe Alignment
4. Tie an elastic string (2) around the stands, making
sure the string just touches the side surface of the
rear tires on each side of the vehicle and goes
around the stands in front of the vehicle.
5. Measure the distance between the string in front of
the rear tires (A) and in front of the front tires (B).
If the two measurements are not equal, adjust the
string position until the measurements are equal.
6. Measure the distance from the string to the rim at
the front and rear of the front rim (3). The
difference between these two measurements should
be between 0″ and 1/16″ (0-1.5 mm) toe out.
NOTE: If you discover improper alignment, see your
Polaris dealer for service.
