WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS:

STATED IN THIS WARRANTY.Some statesdo notallowlimitationson how long an im-
plied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you if inconsistent with con-
trolling state law.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Ifyour ATV requires warranty service, you musttake itto a Polaris dealer authorized to re-
pair Polaris ATVs. When requesting warranty service you must present your copy of the
Warranty Registration form to the dealer. (THE COST OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND
FROM THEDEALER IS YOURRESPONSIBILITY). Polarissuggests thatyou useyour
original selling dealer; however,you may use any Polaris Servicing Dealer to perform war-
ranty service.
Pleaseworkwithyourdealertoresolveanywarranty issues.Should yourdealerrequireany
additional assistance they will contact the appropriate personnel at Polaris.
Thiswarranty givesyouspecificlegalrights,andyou mayalsohaveotherrightswhichvary
from state to state.
If any of the above terms are void because of state or federal law , all other warranty terms
will remain in effect.
Engine Oil
1. Mixing oilbrandsorusingnon-recommended oilmay causeenginedamage. Werecom-
mend the use of Polaris engine oil.
2. Damage resulting from the use of non-recommended lubricants may not be covered by
warranty .
SPARK ARRESTOR
Polaris warrants that thespark arrestor in this vehicle will meet theefficiency requirements
of43CFR8343.1(c)foratleast1000hourswhensubjected tonormaluseandwhenmainte-
nance and installation are in accordance with Polaris r ecommendations.
