4.2 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
PURPOSE:
For entering customer information specific to the installation for the
Account Profile.
USER RESPONSE:
CUSTOMER
☞ NOTE: All fields are optional and do not have to be filled in. This
information is not sent to the Console.
✦ Enter a Customer ID for the installation.
✦ Enter the customers name in the NAME field.
✦ Enter the customers address in ADDRESS fields 1, 2, & 3.
✦ Enter the customers telephone number(s) in PHONE fields 1 & 2.
✦ Enter the number of the telephone line that the Console is
connected to in the CONSOLE PHONE field. This field will show as
the telephone number for the account in the Send/Receive window.
☞ NOTE: DO NOT enter any dashes or spaces into the telephone
number fields. Enter numbers only.
✦ Enter any special information about the customer in the NOTES
field.
