• Slide the front axle through the
hole in the shock halves and
handlebar.

• Fit and hold an inner shock half
to the inside of a handlebar.
• Fit and hold an outer shock half
to the outside of the same
handlebar.
• Make sure the top ends of the
shock halves fit into the fender.
• Fit a wheel bushing into the hole
in the center of the front wheel.
• Repeat this procedure to fit the
remaining wheel bushing into the
hole on the other side of the front
wheel.
