• Fit the fender onto the ends of
the handlebars.
• Slide the fender up the handle-
bars to the fairing.

• Fit one end of the front axle into
a cap nut.
• Tap the front axle with a hammer
to secure the cap nut on the
front axle.

• Remove the rubber bands from
the shock sets and dispose of the
rubber bands.
• Using safety scissors, cut the four
shock set halves from the runner.
Carefully trim excess plastic and
dispose of the runner and all
excess plastic.
• Sort the shock halves into inner
shock halves and outer shock
halves.
Please Note: The inner shock halves
have an extension.
