Main Menu Pages
Distance/Speed, Elevation, and Vertical Speed
The Foretrex 101 allows you to customize speed and distance readouts.
To change the Distance/Speed, Elevation, or Vertical Speed:
1. Press the PAGE button until the Main Menu Page is displayed. Use the UP and DOWN
buttons to highlight ‘SETUP’ and press ENTER.
2. Use the
UP and DOWN buttons to highlight ‘SET UNITS’ and press ENTER.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to highlight the specific unit (‘DISTANCE/SPD’,
‘ELEVATION’, or ‘VSPD’) and press the ENTER button.
4. Use the
UP and DOWN buttons to highlight the desired unit measurement and press
ENTER.
5. Press the PAGE button to return to the Main Menu Page.
Defaults
You can easily set the Foretrex units back to the default settings.
To set the units to the defaults:
1. Press the PAGE button until the Main Menu Page is displayed. Use the UP and DOWN
buttons to highlight ‘SETUP’ and press ENTER.
2. Use the
UP and DOWN buttons to highlight ‘SET UNITS’ and press ENTER.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to highlight ‘DEFAULTS’ and press the ENTER button.
