aside at least 45 minutes for assembly.
• You must charge your batteries for 18 - 30 hours
BEFORE YOU USE YOUR VEHICLE FOR THE FIRST
TIME. We recommend that you start charging your bat-
teries before beginning assembly. Please see Battery
Charging beginning on page 8 for detailed instructions.
• Read this manual carefully for important safety informa-
tion and operating instructions before using your vehicle.
• Throughout this manual you will find important messages
in the form of WARNINGS, CAUTIONS and NOTES.
WARNING signals something that could hurt your child
or you. CAUTION signals something that can damage
the vehicle. NOTE is used to highlight useful information.
• This vehicle is designed for use on grass, asphalt or
other hard surfaces by children 3 - 7 years of age.
• To prevent damaging the motors and gears, do not tow
anything behind the vehicle or overload it. Do not exceed
the maximum weight capacity of 65 lbs.
• This vehicle has a special circuit-breaker in the wiring to
protect the motors and electrical system. If the vehicle is
put under extreme load (driving on rough surfaces, too
much weight, climbing too steep an incline), the circuit-
breaker will shut the electrical system down for up to 20
seconds. If the system repeatedly shuts down, the dri-
ving conditions may be too demanding (i.e.: too steep or
too much weight).
