Problems and Solutions Guide
Vehicle was running but Loose wire or loose connectors Check all wires and connectors. Make sure the battery
suddenly stopped connector is tightly plugged into the motor harness
connector, and that there are no loose wires around the
motors.
Wrong type or improperly installed fuse Make sure that the battery has properly installed

For best performance, do not use substitute parts.
Blown fuse Make sure that the fuses in the batteries are in good
condition. Remove the fuse from the battery and make
sure they are not blown. Replace a blown fuse with a

Driving conditions are too stressful Use only on gentle inclines or slopes of 10˚ or less.
If the driving conditions are too stressful the fuses in the
batteries may blow. Remove the fuses from the batteries to
see if they have blown. Replace a blown fuse with a

30 amp fuse. Adjust the driving conditions.
Vehicle is overloaded Make sure you do not overload the vehicle by allowing
more than 2 riders at one time, by exceeding the 130 lbs.

batteries may blow. Remove the fuses from the batteries to
