• Position a .437 cap nut on a flat surface and fit one end
of the handle axle into it.
• Tap the other end of the handle axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the handle axle.
Hint: You may want to position the cap nut on a scrap
block of wood to protect the assembly surface.

• Turn the handle so the rope design faces up.
• While holding the handle flat, as shown, slide the handle
onto the back of the square post.
• Align the holes in the handle with the holes in the
square post. Do not slide the handle down onto
the top of the square post, it will not fit properly on
the post.

• Fit the head assembly onto the front end of the
vehicle body.

• Slide the front wheel assembly up through the round
opening in the underside of the head assembly and
out through the square opening in the top of the
head assembly.
