• Separate the rear axle from the other three axles.
The rear axle is the longest axle.
• Position a .437 cap nut on a flat surface and fit one end
of the rear axle into it.
• Tap the other end of the rear axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the rear axle.
Hint: You may want to position the cap nut on a scrap
block of wood to protect the assembly surface.
• Slide a hex bushing, ring side first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a rear wheel, rib side up, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a rear wheel driver, ring side first, onto the rear
axle. Fit the grooves on the rear wheel driver to the ribs
on the rear wheel.
• Fit the rear axle into the hole in the gearbox and through
the vehicle body.
• Align the ribs on the inside of the rear driver with the
gearbox teeth.
