perform Car Select. Once the car is selected a command can be performed
by pressing one of the command buttons.
Remote Pairing
Remote pairing is a process where the remote, and the in-vehicle system learn
the other's encrypted identification, securing communication between the two
from intruders.
How to Remote Pair
Make sure the remote control is set for the desired Car 1 or Car 2 operation
for the system it is to be paired with.
Placing the system into the remote pair mode:
1. Turn the ignition to the On position.
2. Press, release, then press and hold the Control button (on the Control
Center).
3. The Control Center LED begins to flash and the horn (if connected) honks
once to confirm the system is in Pair mode, the Control button can be
released. The system will stay in Pair mode for 60 seconds or until the
ignition is turned off. The horn will emit one short and one long honk
when it exits remote pair mode.
Placing the remote into the remote pair mode:
1. Press and hold the

button for 8 seconds. If the transmit LED flashes at
3 seconds, disregard and continue to hold.
2. Wait for the Transmit LED to light solid. Release the

button.
3. Press the

button for 1 second. The transmit LED flashes 3 times.
4. Within 5 seconds, press the
A U X
button.
5. The vehicle horn (if connected) honks. You have now successfully learned
the remote to the vehicle remote start system.
