Mixing Guide
1. Forevenandthoroughmixing,slowly
guidethebeatersaroundthesidesand
throughthecentreofthebowlinthe
samedirection.Donotovermix.
2. Alwaysstopthemixerbymovingthe
speedcontrolswitchtothe‘0’OFF
positionbeforeraisingthebeatersoutof
themixingbowl.
3. Whenaddingingredientsorscrapingthe
bowl,stopthemixerandrestitonit’s
basewiththebowlbelowthebeaters
tocatchanymixturedrainingfromthe
beaters.
4. Whenfoldingdryingredientsintodelicate
mixturessuchasspongecake,useSpeed
1onthe‘Low’setting.Donotovermix.
5. Alwaysstartmixingatslowspeeds.
Graduallyincreasetotherecommended
speedasstatedintherecipe.
Beating Egg Whites

roomtemperature.
10.BeateggwhitesusingSpeed5onthe
Highrangesetting.Beatingtimecanvary
dependingonthefreshnessoftheeggs.
