maintenance procedures that are not described in this manual. Visit www.zapworld.com for the name
of a dealer near you.
2. Use only original equipment manufacturer's replacement parts when servicing this Xebra. These
parts are available from your authorized service dealer. The use of non-standard parts, or other
accessories or attachments not designed for the Xebra, could result in serious injury to the user and
damage to the Xebra.
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE SAFETY GUIDELINES CONTAINED IN THIS
MANUAL IN ORDER TO ENSURE MAXIMUM SAFETY.

1.WARRANTY COVERAGEPERIOD
All-Inclusive Coverage
ZAP (ZAP) warrants from the date of delivery to the first consumer, that each ZAP XEBRA Electric Vehicle (XEBRA) sold as “NEW”
and “UNUSED” in 2008 and pre-delivered by an authorized ZAP dealer, and a copy of the bill of sale and registration-warranty card
has been presentedto ZAP will befree from any defectin material and/or workmanship fora period of:
* SIX (6)MONTHS WARRANTY
* NINETY(90) DAYS, forrental use owners
* ONE (1)YEAR WARRANTY onthe controller
* PRORATED WARRANTY on thebatteries
ZAP will repair or replace, as its option, all genuine ZAP parts found faulty in material and/or workmanship, under normal use,
maintenance and service, with genuine ZAP parts without charge for parts and labor, at any authorized ZAP XEBRA dealer during
warranty coverage period.
All genuine ZAP accessories are warranted with respect to parts and labor against defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 90 daysfrom the date of purchaseto original retail purchaser.
