• Locate the lock fasteners in the back end of the seat.
• Using a slotted screwdriver, turn the lock fasteners
a
1
/4 turn to the unlocked position .
• Lift the seat to remove it from the vehicle.

IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels

6 volt,
4 Amp/Hr rechargeable battery and built-in thermal
fuse. Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle.
Make sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours
using the enclosed Power Wheels
®
6 volt charger before
operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery
for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle. Never
charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Failure to follow
these instructions may damage your battery and will
void your warranty.

• While pressing the vehicle tab, lift the edge of the
battery retainer.
• Place the Power Wheels
®
6 volt battery upright in the
battery compartment, as shown.

• Rotate the battery retainer down until it "snaps" into
place. Pull up on the battery retainer to be sure it
is secure.
