10. Enter the requested information in the appropriate fields.
The website returns your device unlock code, used to unlock the service on the
device. The unlock code is also sent to your e-mail address.
On your NAVIGON device:

The D
EVICE UNLOCK WINDOW displays.
12. In the Enter Unlock Code fields, enter the 18 character device unlock code, in
blocks of six characters.
13. Tap OK.
The A
CTIVATION COMPLETE WINDOW displays. The accessory service is now avail-
able for use.
14. Tap OK to close the window.
Activating NAVIGON FreshMaps Accessory Service
You must activate your product at www.navigon.com/freshmaps to qualify for updates.
You must activate your service within 60 days from the date of purchase of the acces-
sory card or, if FreshMaps comes with your device, 60 days from the purchase date of
the device.
To activate:
1. Go to www.navigon.com
2. Select the Registration & Activation tab.
3. Select REGISTER YOUR NAVIGON DEVICE and prov
ide the requested informa-
tion.
4. Select ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE ACCESSORIES.
5. Follow on-screen instructions for activating this accessory service.
Note:
For the NAVIGON 2090S model, NAVIGON FreshMaps comes standard with the
device. For the NAVIGON 2090S model only, quarterly map updates are provided for 2
(two) years. You must still activate the service before you can receive updates.
