TROUBLESHOOTING
Conditions Possible cause Corrective action
The gun doesn’t operate No inlet air pressure. Connect air supply.
The piston (7) is stuck. Dissasemble the gun, inspect for damage.
Replace if nessesary.
Air pressure is too low. Check air pressure supply. The pressure
is to be higher 40 psi.
Broken return spring (12). Replace if nessesary.
The gun doesn’t operate Air pressure is too low. Check air pressure supply. The pressure

The piston (7) is stuck. Disconnect air supply hose and hold on
until the spring is retracted the piston back
