Units
Press menu > select Settings >
Units.
Position Format—select the type of
coordinates. Because different maps
and charts use different position
formats, the Edge allows you to
select the correct coordinate format
for the type of map you are using.
Distance and Elevation—select
Statute or Metric.
Heart Rate
—select Beats per
Minute or % Max HR for your
heart rate data. For more information
on heart rate data, see pages 35–38.
Power—select Watts or % FTP. For
more information on power meters,
see page 42.
Time
Press menu > select Settings >
Time.
Time Format
—select 12- or 24-hour
time format.
Time Zone—select your time zone
or a nearby city.
Daylight Saving Time
—select
Yes, No, or Auto. The Auto setting
automatically adjusts the time for
daylight saving based on your time
zone.
Data Recording
Data recording controls how the
Edge records detailed data for your
rides. Press menu > select Settings >
Data Recording.
