Creating and Listening to
Playlists
Using your nüvi, you can listen to
playlists created on your computer. You
can also save playlists using your nüvi.
To save your current playlist:
1. While listening to music, touch
Browse > Playlists > Current
Playlist > Save.
2. Enter a name, and touch Done.
To create a new playlist:
1. In the music player, touch Browse
> Playlists > New.
2. Select a song from a category,
and touch Save.
3. Enter a name, and touch Done.
4. To add more songs to your new
playlist, touch Edit > Add Songs.
Select more songs from the
categories.
To create a playlist on a
computer:
1. Using your computer and an audio
program, create a playlist of music
les.SavetheplaylistasanM3U
orM3U8le.
NOTE: You may need to edit the
M3U/M3U8 le with a text editor,
such as Notepad, to remove the
path (link) to the music le. The
M3U/M3U8 le should only list
the music le names. Refer to the
Help le for the audio program.
2. Transfer the playlist and the music
lestothenüviorSDdrive(see
pages 21–22).TheM3U/M3U8le
must be in the same location as
themusicles.
To play a playlist:
1. In the music player, touch Browse
> Playlists. All available playlists
appear.
2. Touch a playlist, and touch Play.
