IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels
®
12 volt battery.
Use of any other battery will damage your vehicle. Make
sure that you charge the battery for at least 18 hours using
the enclosed Power Wheels
®
12 volt charger before
operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery
for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle. Never
charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Failure to follow
these instructions may damage your battery and will void
your warranty. It is easier to install the battery before
assembling the hood to your vehicle.
• Plug the motor harness connector into the 12 volt
battery. Push firmly to make sure the connector is
inserted properly.
• Fit the battery into the battery compartment, as shown.
• Fit the tabs on the battery cover (clamp) into the slots
under the seat.
• Lower the battery cover (clamp) and “snap” into place.
• While pressing the release button on the battery cover
(clamp), lift to remove the the battery cover (clamp).
