b. Position the actuator springs (key 15)
symmetrically on the diaphragm plate (key 13) as
shown in figure 5.
c. Install the upper diaphragm casing (key 16) so
that the springs fit correctly over the seat bosses
of the spring locator (key 17). Rotate the upper
diaphragm casing along with the
diaphragm/diaphragm plate assembly so that the
air connection in the upper diaphragm casing is
located directly above the air connection in the
