2.8 Fuel Pressure Booster Line Installation
1. Locate the Fuel Pulse Damper which is located on the drivers side fuel rail at the front of the vehicle as
illustrated to the right.
2. Remove the vacuum line connected to the side of the Fuel Pulse Damper.
3. Connect the vacuum line to one side of the vacuum tee supplied with the system and secure with a supplied
hose clamp.
4. Cut a piece of the supplied vacuum line to length from another side of the tee to the port on the Fuel Pulse
Damper. Secure the hose with supplied hose clamps on each end.
5. Cut a length of the supplied vacuum line extending from the last remaining open port on the vacuum tee to the
nitrous pressure regulator.
6. Install the nut and insert supplied with the system on one end of the vacuum line and connect the remaining
end of the vacuum line to the last open port of the vacuum tee. Secure the hose on both ends with the supplied
hose clamps.
7. Install the .032” fuel jet in the jet adapter that you previously installed on the nitrous regulator. Connect the
nut that you just installed on the vacuum line to the jet fitting with the fuel jet in place.
