Security Set-Up
(EXT-1 – EXT-12)
The EXT-5 – EXT-12 can be used when the
SEC-8343 EXT Expander (optional) is
connected.
Enter the vehicle.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Wait 30 seconds for the security system to
initialize.
Press and release the EXT2/EXT3 and EXT
SELECT buttons simultaneously.
The Extension LED will begin to blink rapidly.
Press the EXT1/VALET button repeatedly to
change the setting.
The remote control display will confirm the
setting by scrolling the desired EXT charac-
teristic.
Press the EXT2/EXT3 button repeatedly to
change the setting.
The remote control display will confirm the
setting by scrolling the desired EXT charac-
teristic.
